Sustainability Report 2024
Change is now more than ever a part of our everyday lives - politically, socially,
and economically.
For us, this means staying flexible, creating clear structures, and responding to
new challenges with a resilient business model.
That's exactly why this year's sustainability report is themed
"SUSTAINABILITY POWERED BY CHANGE."
Over the past year, we've made significant progress towards a more sustainable business model - even though some goals continue to challenge us.
- In the past three years, we've already reduced CO₂ emissions by nearly 13% and are well on our way to reaching our target of -42% by 2030.
- We also aim to support our customers in reducing their carbon footprint - for example, through the sale of electric vehicles.
- Another key driver of sustainable transformation is diversity in management. It strengthens innovation, improves decision-making, and boosts company performance. Our goal: By 2030, one fifth of leadership positions should be held by women. With a current share of 19.4%, we are already very close to achieving this.
The new report - along with the Sustainability Award in spring - clearly shows how
much our company has evolved in the area of sustainability in recent years.
Numerous initiatives help us use resources more efficiently, minimize risks, and
enhance our attractiveness as a business partner and employer.
None of this would have been possible without the commitment of our colleagues in all Porsche Holding countries.
