We are actively working on improving accessibility and plan to fully meet all requirements over the course of this year and specify which accessibility regulations are currently not being met as follows:

  • to ensure the provision of information regarding the functioning of the service, and where products are used in the delivery thereof - the relationship between the service and such products, including information concerning their characteristics with respect to accessibility and their interoperability with assistive technologies and equipment;
  • by means of communicating the information through more than one sensory channel;
  • by means of presenting the information in a manner that is clear and comprehensible;
  • by means of delivering the information in formats perceivable by end-users;
  • by ensuring that informational content is available in text formats suitable for the creation of alternative assistive formats, which may be presented in multiple modalities and through various sensory channels;
  • by employing fonts of adequate size and appropriate form, taking into account foreseeable conditions of use, and ensuring sufficient contrast, as well as adjustable spacing between characters, lines, and paragraphs;
  • by supplementing all non-textual content with an alternative textual or sensory equivalent;
  • by providing the electronic information necessary for the provision of the service in a consistent and adequate manner, ensuring that such information is perceivable, functional, comprehensible, and reliable;
  • by ensuring the accessibility of websites, including associated online applications and mobile-based services, such as mobile applications, in a consistent and adequate manner, such that they are perceivable, functional, comprehensible, and reliable.
