Porsche BG as Part of Porsche Holding Salzburg
Porsche BG is a subsidiary of Porsche Holding Salzburg, one of the largest European automotive retail companies headquartered in Austria and founded by the legendary Porsche and Piëch families. Porsche Holding Salzburg operates in more than 20 countries across Central and Southeastern Europe, as well as in China, Colombia, and Chile. In Austria, Porsche Holding is the importer and distributor for the Volkswagen Group brands Seat, Škoda, Volkswagen, Audi, Lamborghini, Bugatti, and Bentley, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group.
Porsche BG
Porsche entered the Bulgarian market in 2004, initially as the importer of Volkswagen Passenger Cars and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and in 2005 it also took over the import rights for the premium brand Audi. The company operates through a well-developed dealer and service network with a strong tradition in vehicle sales and extensive experience in maintenance and warranty servicing for the three brands. The service facilities are equipped with specialized equipment and highly qualified personnel.
The importer maintains constant stock availability through a buffer warehouse in Budapest. Orders for standard production models are fulfilled within approximately two weeks, while vehicles with specific configurations are delivered within up to three months. Delivery of genuine spare parts to the service network is carried out on a daily basis.

Porsche BG Ltd. has developed and implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 covering the sale of new vehicles, spare parts, and service operations, as defined in the company’s Quality Policy.
ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems
Porsche BG Ltd. has developed and implemented an Integrated Management System for Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety in accordance with the requirements of the international standards ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, as outlined in the company’s policy.
PHS Energy and Environmental Policy
As part of Porsche Holding Salzburg, Porsche BG is currently implementing an Environmental Compliance Management System. The company follows the environmental commitments and objectives defined by Porsche Holding in the PHS Energy and Environmental Policy.
